Adam Young - Pay Per Call

Terms

Terms

Welcome. These are the terms for using adamyoungppc.com, a site where I (Adam Young) write about pay per call marketing. By reading, browsing, or signing up for anything here, you're agreeing to what's below. If any of it doesn't sit right with you, that's fair, but please don't use the site.

Using the site the right way

You're welcome to read the articles, share links, and sign up for updates. What I'd ask you not to do is pretty simple: don't try to break, hack, or overload the site. Don't scrape it wholesale to repost as your own. Don't use it to send spam, plant malware, or do anything illegal. Don't pretend to be me or someone else when you fill out a form. Basically, treat the place the way you'd treat a friend's house.

This is information, not advice

Everything on this site is general information about pay per call and marketing. It reflects what I've seen and learned, but it is not professional advice for your specific situation. I'm not your consultant, your lawyer, your accountant, or your compliance officer just because you read a post. Before you spend money, sign a contract, or launch a campaign, talk to a qualified professional who knows the details of your business. What worked in one case can flop in another, and the rules around calls and marketing shift over time.

No warranties

The site is offered "as is." I put real effort into being accurate and honest, but I can't promise everything is complete, current, or error-free. I don't guarantee the site will always be available, fast, or free of bugs. Any results you get from applying something you read here are on you, not on me.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, I'm not liable for any losses, lost profits, lost data, or other damages that come from using or relying on this site or anything on it. If you're unhappy with the site, your best remedy is to stop using it.

Sometimes I'll link out to other companies, tools, or articles. Those are for your convenience. I don't control what's on those sites and I'm not responsible for their content, their claims, or how they handle your information. Clicking a link is your call, so check out their terms and privacy practices yourself.

Changes to these terms

I may update these terms as the site grows or as things change. When I do, the updated version goes here. If you keep using the site after a change, that counts as accepting the new terms. It's worth glancing back now and then.

Getting in touch

Questions about these terms, or anything else? Use the contact form on the site. Drop your first name and email and I'll get back to you.

Thanks for reading, and thanks for spending some of your time here.
